1.Acceptance
- a.By accessing or purchasing from combatcovers.myshopify.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2.Eligibility
- a.You must be at least 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
3.Products, Pricing, and Availability
- a.We may change products, descriptions, and prices without notice.
- b.Colors/images may vary by display.
- c.We may limit or cancel quantities per order, person, or household.
4.Orders and Payment
- a.All orders are offers to purchase; we may accept or reject at our discretion.
- b.Provide accurate billing/shipping info; you authorize charges to your payment method.
- c.Taxes, duties, and shipping shown at checkout.
5.Shipping and Risk of Loss
- a.Delivery windows are estimates.
- b.Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives the shipment.
6.Returns/Exchanges
- a.Return Policy — Final Sale with Quality Guarantee
- b.All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
- c.If your sleeve arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we will assess and replace it.
- d.Contact: support@combatcovers.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include: order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of:
- i.The sleeve (full item and close-ups of the issue)
- ii.Outer packaging, inner packaging, and the shipping label
- f.Assessment and resolution
- g.We review your photos to verify manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
- h.If approved, we’ll send a replacement sleeve of the same model at no cost. If out of stock, we’ll provide the next available ship date or store credit.
- i.Do not ship anything back unless we ask you to.
- j.Exclusions
- k.Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, alterations, or non-standard use are not covered.
- l.Custom/personalized items are only eligible for replacement if defective on arrival.
- m.Shipping damage
- n.Keep all packaging and provide photos noted above; carrier claims require packaging evidence.
7.Promotions and Gift Cards
- a.Subject to separate terms; we may modify or end anytime.
- b.Gift cards are nonrefundable except as required by law.
8.User Accounts
- a.Keep credentials confidential; you’re responsible for account activity.
- b.We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected misconduct.
9.Intellectual Property
- a.All content is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws.
- b.No copying, resale, or derivative use without written consent.
10.User Content
- a.If you submit reviews/content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it.
- b.Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
11.Prohibited Uses
- a.No illegal activity, spamming, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with the Site.
12.Third-Party Services
- a.We use third parties (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, payment processors). We aren’t responsible for their content or policies.
13.Disclaimers
- a.Provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14.Limitation of Liability
- a.To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability won’t exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
15.Indemnification
- a.You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
16.Governing Law; Venue
- a.Governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Courts/arbitration in Austin, Texas.
17.Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
- a.Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Austin, Texas, under AAA rules. No class actions or jury trials. Small-claims relief may be sought where allowed.
18.Changes to Terms
- a.We may update these Terms by posting a new date/version. Continued use means acceptance.
19.Termination
- a.We may suspend or terminate access for any reason with or without notice.
